Annual Meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM

Location: Legion Hall

Board members in attendance as follows: Ron Jones- President, Bill Pitman- VP, Gerry Simmons- Range Master, Cindy Sacry – Secretary, Melanie Simmons-Tresure, Aileen Cork- Historian

Pres: Minutes from last month were approved.

Financial report: was provided this month and last month by Melanie

Melanie donated a computer chair and Cindy wanted to thank Melanie personally.

Aileen said that she did not bring the photo albums. She gave Cindy a garden fairy for her hard work.

The Wachob Memorial pins was awarded to Bill Pitman, Gerry Simmons, Robert “Ike” Issaacason, Len Thompson, Ron Jones and Cindy Sacry for all of their hard work.

The Wachob trophy goes to Wayne Woodcock because he does so much for the club without being asked.

Gerry asked for volunteers for Range duty. He was able to get members to volunteer.

Our next meeting will be on August 1, 2024.

Bill said that 8 people came to the work party. He said that members wanted a list of equipment needed for the work parties.

Bill suggested that we should take 5% of our profits and move it into a savings account, so we would have extra money for projects needed such as a shelter etc.

Shoots:

NRL Shoot-Wayne was not at the meeting.
Black powder shoot- they had 4 people.
Silhouette– they had 7 people show up.

Gerry said that we are tax free.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:36 PM
