General Meeting
Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM
Board members in attendance as follows:
Ron Jones- President, Bill Pitman-VP, Cindy Sacry – Secretary
Pres: Minutes from last month were approved.
Treasure report was given by Ron Jones
It was mentioned that someone with a key has been taking bass.
We need a couple of work parties. The 1st one will be on Thursday, July 13, 2023, from 8 AM- 11 AM and on Thursday, July 27, 2023, from 8 AM – 11 AM.
This is list of items that need to be done:
- cut wood.
- Fix trail path
- Get gravel.
- Add a collar to the wood stove.
- Create a V for the outside roof to divert the rain around the stove pipe.
- Add a door to the shooting shack.
- Clean gutter.
- Fix backer boards.
- Fix stools in outside range.
- Get rid of bad railroad ties.
Len Thompson said that he would bring out his wood splitter.
Ron called Cher Fillman the accountant but got no reply. Ron will send Cher a certified letter to inform her that if she does not return our paperwork, we will have no other choice but to hire an attorney.
Someone broke the lock on the side gate. Bill will get a new one to replace it.
Bill said that he wanted to introduce a work bond to add an additional $10.00 fee on dues. He says because people are not coming out to help with the maintenance and the range duty. We currently have only 8 members who help with everything out of 200 members.
Range Duty: We have some volunteers.
Silhouette– per Bill we had 8-9 people and they got to shoot outside.
Muzzleloader – had 8 shooters. Len needs someone to cover the next shoot.
NRL Shoot-Wayne was not at the meeting.
Military Shoot– had 3 people come out.
Per Len, Aileen had post fever and Robin noticed it and she got the doctor to give her meds. Aileen might be released in a few days to a rehab. Cindy has picked up a card and passed it around for members to sign.
